Ordering.
All orders must be placed online via this website. We do not accept telephone or postal orders.
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. We will check availability of the product(s) ordered and keep you updated on the status of your order.
Product Availability
We strive to keep our stock available at all times but on occasion a product(s) may be found to be out of stock due to demand, or our suppliers may have decided to discontinue selling a certain product. If a product(s) is/are not available we will notify you by email and give you an estimated time of it arriving back into stock, this is normally within 7 days, or inform you if it is no longer available. You will have the option of either waiting on the product(s) arrival back into stock or receiving a full refund for the cost of the product(s).
All prices quoted on our website are in GBP British pounds. Delivery Costs are as follows:
UK Deliveries
We charge a flat rate of £3.00 for each order no matter how large or small. Items are sent out via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery which is a 1-3 working day signed for service. A signature will be required on delivery. Items may be sent seperately at no extra cost to you.
We also offer the option to have your items delivered via Royal Mail Special next day delivery. This is available to UK mainland customers only. Note: Delivery is guaranteed next working day after day of despatch, Monday to Friday. This does not guarantee the item ordered is available for immediate despatch.
European Deliveries
Delivery to European destinations is £6.00 per order.
Worldwide Deliveries.
For all other countries outwith UK and Europe the delivery charge is £12.00 per order.
Payment
Payments by credit or debit card can be made via Paypal or Nochex. Payments by Paypal will be shown on your card statement as Paypal Delights. Payments by Nochex will show as Nochex. Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after receipt and return the goods at your cost for a full refund of the purchase price and delivery cost. Returns In the case of returns please contact us by email in the first instance preferably within a few days of receiving your order. If items are returned as being unsuitable the customer is liable for return postage costs. If return is due to a manufacturing fault return postage costs shall be borne by us. Returns
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your items you may return them to us.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to inform us of your intent to return the product. Items should be returned within 14 days of receipt.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us. Note: we do not cover the cost of you returning the product(s) unless due to a manufacturing fault.
Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement as per your request.
Non delivery of items:
If items are returned to us as being undelivered, charges for resending the items will be borne by the customer. If your order has not been received within 5 days of despatch time and no card has been received from your postman, please check first with your local sorting office to ensure the item is not there. Items are returned to us after 7 days of attempted delivery. |
